Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey, dedicated to George Roe, a 19th-century pioneer of Irish whiskey. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
Master blender Caroline Martin created it from malt and grain whiskeys, using a large share of first-fill casks. The whiskey is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
