Roe & Co Irish Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey from the Liberties district of Dublin, made from single malt and grain whiskeys and bottled at 45% in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered and matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks, most of them first fill. The final blend was chosen after 106 attempts by the distillery's master blender, working with five Dublin bartenders. Dried orchard fruit, banana chips and vanilla sweetness lead the nose. The palate is soft and malty, with banana, caramel and spiced pear, and the finish is medium in length, with baking spice, vanilla and dried fruit.
