A 12 year old single cask Aultmore from Speyside, released by Roger's Whisky Company in its Vintage Selection range. It was distilled on 25 March 2010, matured in an ex-bourbon cask and bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 63.5% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The outturn was 335 bottles in 70cl.
The nose is fresh and tart, with blueberries, blossom, meringue and key lime pie. The palate is sweet and a little drying, rounded for its strength, with green apples, oak and vanilla. The finish is medium to long.
