Romagna Albana Passito DOCG - Scacco Matto - Fattoria Zerbina (37.5cl)

A compact Albana Passito DOCG in a 375 ml bottle, with a deep amber colour and golden reflections. The nose opens with dried and dehydrated fruit, apricot and fig, shaded by light honey and candied citrus peel. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a silky texture and long persistence. Its sweetness is controlled by a lively acidity and sapidity. It suits desserts with cream or dried fruit, blue cheeses and dry pastries, and is best served cool in small glasses.
