A white wine from Emilia-Romagna made from Trebbiano Romagnolo. It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose offers white fruit such as apple and pear, white flowers and a light note of fresh aromatic herbs. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with medium body and a clean finish with fruit and a light mineral touch. Serve at about 8-10°C. It suits fish dishes, light starters and fresh cheeses.
