A brandy from the historic Jerez house Sanchez Romate Hnos., made by careful selection and meticulous distillation following the traditional solera method.
It has a deep amber colour with golden reflections. The nose opens with dried fruit such as walnuts and almonds, enriched by vanilla and sweet wood from ageing in oak casks.
On the palate it is velvety and complex, with caramelised fruit, chocolate and sweet spices leading to a long, elegant finish.
