Rosato IGT Rosamari - Villa Otto Lune

A rosé with an immediate and pleasant drinking profile. It is pale pink, clear and bright in the glass. The nose shows delicate white-fleshed fruit and small flowers, with citrus nuances and a hint of aromatic herbs; the overall impression is balanced and not intrusive. On the palate it has a light structure, good acidity supporting drinkability and moderate persistence. The finish is savoury and fresh. Serve slightly cold with salads, vegetable starters, light fish or summer dishes.
