Rosato IGT Tellus - Cotarella

This is a rosé wine from the Cotarella winery. It comes from a suited territory and is made from carefully selected grapes. It has a delicate pale pink colour and is aged in stainless steel to preserve varietal purity. The aromatic profile is fragrant, with notes of small red fruits and a floral hint. On the palate it is harmonious, with pleasant acidity that makes it easy to drink. It is suggested with fish dishes, white meats and summer antipasti.
