Rosato Langhe DOC - Rapalino

A rosé from Rapalino in the Langhe DOC. It shows a bright powder-pink colour with saline reflections. The aromatic profile is direct and pleasant, with small red fruits, light citrus notes and a floral hint that does not dominate. Fresh acidity and a clean feel make the sip smooth and immediate. On the palate it is slender, with moderate body and good sapidity supporting the finish; any tannins are soft and integrated. Serve well chilled with summer dishes, seafood crudités, composed salads, grilled fish or as an aperitif.
