This Asti Pas Dose DOCG sparkling wine interprets the aromatic Moscato tradition with restraint and clarity. White flowers, peach and citrus lead the aroma, while fine, lively bubbles support an immediate, smooth sip.
Fresh, well-calibrated acidity and savouriness refine the finish, leaving a fragrant persistence. It suits aperitifs, light pastries, fruit desserts, fresh cheeses, raw fish and shellfish. Serve cold, around 6-8 C, in wide glasses.
