A Tuscan rosé from Tenuta Ammiraglia by Frescobaldi, made mainly from Vermentino and Sangiovese. It has a pale pink colour and a distinctly Mediterranean character from the coastal Maremma microclimate.
The nose brings fresh strawberry, pomegranate and floral notes of rose and wisteria, with marked minerality. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a light, slender texture, a persistently fruity finish and a slight herbaceous note.
It works as an aperitif and pairs with light starters, fish, seafood and vegetable dishes.
