Tenuta Ammiraglia Aurea Gran Rosé 2025 Toscana Rosato IGT

Aurea Gran Rosé is a Toscana Rosato IGT from Tenuta Ammiraglia, part of Frescobaldi, made from the 2025 vintage. It blends vermentino and syrah on the Maremma coast. The whole bunches are pressed gently and the juice settles for at least 12 hours. Fermentation takes place at 16 degrees in French oak tonneaux, 20% of them new. After blending, the wine rests on fine lees for eight months, still in wood. It is a pale rose-gold colour. The nose is intense, led by freshly picked fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, soft and velvety, with lively acidity and a mineral note, and the finish is persistent. It suits fish dishes.
