Rosebank 31 Year Old Release 2 is a limited release from the Lowland distillery in Falkirk, Scotland. The whisky is triple distilled and un-chillfiltered, and comes in a 70cl bottle. Citrus, soft vanilla and candied almond lead the nose. Camomile, berry and baked banana show on the palate, and the finish is smooth, with sweet peach, oak and herbal notes.
