This is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon made with wheat in the grain mix in place of rye, which gives a softer, milder style. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in charred oak, which brings its wood notes, and it is non-chill-filtered and free of added colour.
Vanilla, caramel and oak sit alongside sweet grain, and the palate adds restrained spice and a note of cask.
