The grapes are vinified in steel, then aged for 24 months in tonneaux and 18 months in bottle before release. It is deep ruby in colour, with herbal, spice and leather aromas. The palate is intense and full-bodied, with balanced tannins and a persistent finish. It pairs well with grilled or braised game, roasts and lamb or mutton.
