A red wine from Umbria, built mainly on Sangiovese with selected grapes adding complexity and depth. Fermentation is at controlled temperature, followed by ageing in oak barrels. It is bright ruby red, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spice and a light balsamic note. The palate is long and harmonious, with freshness that invites another sip. It pairs well with roast meats, aged cheeses and traditional Umbrian dishes.
