Rosso IGT S.Imparato Montevetrano

A red wine from Montevetrano, showing a compact ruby colour with light violet reflections. The nose opens with ripe red fruit and herbal notes, accompanied by spicy nuances and light toasted notes. On the palate it has medium body, present but well-calibrated tannins and acidity that supports the structure without aggressiveness. It accompanies meat dishes, tomato sauces, light game and semi-aged cheeses, and is versatile for everyday or informal occasions. Serve at around 16-18 °C, preferably after brief decanting, and store in a cool place away from light.
