Rosso "Repertorio" Aglianico del Vulture DOC

A red wine from Cantina del Notaio that expresses the character of its territory. It is deep ruby with slight garnet reflections, with dark berry fruit, subtle earthy hints and discreet spice on the nose. The palate is solid, with good persistence and measured tannins, while retaining freshness. It suits roast meats, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses, and can be served at a moderate temperature with a little breathing time.
