Rossville Union Master Crafted Straight Rye is made at the Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. It is a blend of two of the distillery's mash bills, one at 51% rye and one at 95% rye, aged for at least five years.
The nose is sweet caramel with dried fruit and a little smokiness. On the palate, fruit leads, with vanilla, toffee and oak over a slightly smoky undertone. The finish is robust and spicy, with a hint of cherry.
