Royal Brackla 12 Years is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. The distillery stands on the farmland of the Cawdor Estate and was established in 1812 by Captain William Fraser, who returned to the family farm after military service and made use of the fine barley it grew.
In 1835 King William IV granted Brackla its 'Royal' status, which led to the nickname 'The King's Own Whisky'.
