An 11 year old Royal Brackla distilled in 2011 and bottled by Dràm Mòr. It was matured in a single bourbon cask and finished in a first fill sherry butt, with 457 bottles filled.
The nose is soft, warming and dry, with Oloroso sherry and a faint tropical hint. The palate is creamy and cool at first, with burnt butter, white chocolate, stewed fruit and old-fashioned sweets. The finish is warm and dry, with a gentle heat that tingles on the tip of the tongue, plus liquorice, gentian and dark chocolate.
