This is a 21 year old Scotch blend from Royal Salute, the second edition made with fashion designer Richard Quinn. The packaging carries the Daisy print.
Royal Salute Master Blender Sandy Hyslop and Richard Quinn created the blend together at Strathisla distillery, choosing from a range of Scotch whiskies. It has rich fruit notes with hints of spice and gentle smoke.
The nose offers exotic fruit, mango and banana, with vanilla fudge, cinnamon and roasted chestnuts. The palate brings strawberry jam, pear, peach and honey blossom, with chocolate chip, oak spice and sweet smoke. The finish is smooth, with a trace of smoke.
