Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Signature Blend is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Every whisky in the blend is at least 21 years old. The brand was created in 1953 to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, and it is produced by Chivas Brothers.
It comes in a hand-crafted ceramic flagon.
The nose is orchard fruit, sweet pear, dried flowers and gentle oak with a little spice. The palate is creamy vanilla, toffee, ripe stone fruit and a touch of sherry warmth. The finish is long and slightly nutty, with polished oak.
