Rozelieures – Rare Collection

Rozelieures Rare Collection is a single malt made from a finely peated malt. It was aged in oak casks that previously held wines from the South West of France, which add roundness, fruitiness and mellowness, with ripe fruit notes over a sherry-like background. On the nose it shows orchard fruits and honey, followed by candied orange and walnut. The palate is rich in candied fruits with a touch of liquorice, along with malty, toasted notes. The finish is long, with blackberry and blackcurrant, a little smoke and toasted notes.
