Rozelieures – Subtil Collection

Rozelieures Subtil is the first unpeated single malt made at Rozelieures. The cuvée was aged in old Bourbon casks, Cognac casks and new casks, a combination that keeps the fat texture in the mouth that the family business is known for. Floral, delicate aromas set it apart. On the nose it is rich and floral, with honey, pear, white grape and quince jam. The palate is full-bodied with vanilla, then ripe fruit in an almost candied style. The finish is medium in weight, with malted cereal and sweet spices.
