Rozelieures – Smoked Collection

Rozelieures Smoked Collection is a single malt whisky that is both smoky and peaty, with a fino influence. The wood sits well with the cereal character and the overripe fruit of the Fino, with a slightly empyreumatic edge. Orchard fruit and honey come first on the nose, followed by candied orange and walnut. The palate is rich in candied fruit with a touch of liquorice, plus malty, toasted notes. The finish is long, with red fruits, a little smoke and toasted notes.
