Ruby Limoncello is a lemon liqueur created by four Danish limoncello enthusiasts, the same people behind Ruby Rosé Vermouth. It is made with carefully chosen lemons from Veneto, on Italy's Adriatic coast, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The flavour is pleasantly intense and fruity, with fresh notes. At 15% it is light enough for a Limoncello Spritz, and it can also be served neat at 5-8 degrees.
