Ruby Rosé Vermouth is an organic vermouth created by four vermouth enthusiasts in Copenhagen. It is made from organically grown rosé wine from Bardolino, south of Lake Garda, and 21 herbs and spices from the local area.
The flavours are fresh rosé wine, strawberries and hibiscus, with wormwood giving the characteristic bitterness.
