A clairin from Haiti, made from locally grown sugar cane harvested in 2022 and fermented spontaneously.
It is distilled in small traditional stills and aged for ten years in barrels, giving aromas of sugar cane, sweet spices, fresh cane, old wood and tobacco, with tropical fruit, honey and a persistent spicy finish on the palate.
Best sipped neat or with a little water.
