Russell's Reserve Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon made to the classic Wild Turkey mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. It is bottled at 55% ABV, or 110 proof, without chill-filtration.
The bourbon matures in new American oak barrels with a heavy 'alligator' char, and each barrel is hand-selected by Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell.
The palate is clean, with honey-kissed citrus, summer fruits, crisp mint and cinnamon, balanced by creamy vanilla and soft toffee.
