Saint Cloud 4 Year Old is a single barrel bourbon bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% ABV. It has been aged for a minimum of 4 years in new charred American white oak, and it is bottled unfiltered.
Caramel, cedar and honey sit at the centre of the flavour, with white pepper, dried sage and popcorn adding breadth.
The nose offers caramel, cedar, clove and warm honey. On the palate come caramel, sage, white pepper and milk chocolate, and the finish brings cinnamon, dulce de leche and toffee.
