Saladini Pilastri Pecorino Falerio DOC

An organic white wine from the Marche hills, where calcareous-sandy soil gives the Pecorino grape freshness and structure. It expresses the native variety with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a delicate citrus note. On the palate it is balanced and savoury, with good persistence and a vibrant finish. Ageing in steel preserves its vivacity and aromatic purity. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and grilled vegetables.
