A Sangiovese from Drei Donà with a medium, bright ruby colour.
The nose offers fresh red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with light Mediterranean herb and sweet spice notes; the intensity is moderate. On the palate it is slender, supported by good acidity and present but soft tannins, with a clean finish carrying fruity echoes.
It is a versatile wine suited to everyday dishes such as cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, tomato-based pasta and white meats.
