Santaleza Reposado Tequila (40%)

Santaleza Reposado Tequila is an artisanal reposado tequila from the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested and naturally fermented without accelerators or additives, then slow roasted in masonry brick ovens, crushed, fermented in open-air vats and double distilled in copper stills. It is aged for a minimum of four months in used American oak barrels. The nose has citrus peel, cooked agave, sage, vanilla, soft caramel and butter. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth with sweet agave, citrus zest, caramel, gentle oak spice and buttery richness, with subtle dried fruit and tropical notes. The finish is clean and lingering with white pepper, salt and soft mineral edges.
