A six year old Swiss single malt, released as Snow White Limited Edition No. 9 under the Säntis Malt name. It was matured in old casks from a French liqueur maker and carries a Berry Vanilla cask finish. The edition numbers 2000 bottles at 48% ABV, with no added colouring and no chill-filtering.
In the glass it is a medium amber with a red tint. The palate is full and smooth, with peppery touches, malt, caramel and gentle vanilla giving a fine sweetness. The finish is long and soft, carried by vanilla toffee.
