Sauvignon I Nani e le Ballerine Luretta

A white wine from Luretta that highlights the varietal character of Sauvignon. The nose opens with fresh citrus, aromatic herbs and a floral hint, staying clean and linear. On the palate it shows lively acidity, balance and pleasant salinity, with a slender structure that makes it easy to drink. The finish is clean and moderately persistent, with returns of herbs and grapefruit zest. It suits seafood starters, light fish dishes, salads and fresh cheeses, and can also work as an aperitif. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in tulip glasses. Best enjoyed young.
