Spumante Pas Dose 36 Mesi Luretta (1.5L)

A dry sparkling wine from Luretta, Pas Dose, with 36 months on the lees, in a 1500ml magnum. The total absence of dosage highlights freshness and sapidity, while the lees ageing gives a fine, complex texture. The perlage is fine; the nose recalls yeast and bread crust with citrus and green apple, light floral hints and a delicate almond note. The palate is lively but balanced, with contained body. Serve cold, around 6-8 °C. It pairs with delicate seafood, sushi, grilled shellfish, fresh cheeses and savoury starters.
