Sauvignon Rheinhessen Trocken - Dr Fischer - Hofstatter

A white wine from Rheinhessen in Germany, made from Sauvignon Blanc by Dr Fischer - Hofstatter. The nose shows tropical fruit such as passion fruit, citrus and herbal notes reminiscent of green pepper and rocket. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity and a long, persistent finish. It suits fish, seafood and Asian dishes, and works well as a refreshing aperitif served chilled.
