Sauza Hornitos Reposado is a reposado tequila from Sauza, distilled from 100% blue agave and double distilled before resting. It spends two months in large oak vats, giving limited wood contact, a pale straw to light gold colour and a more forward agave character. Bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose shows fresh agave, herbal brightness, green apple and light floral or citrus tones. The palate is balanced agave with apple, herbs and a hint of oak. The finish is medium-bodied, warm and slightly dry, with lingering wood influence.
