This is a spiced whiskey made by steeping cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cacao nibs and vanilla bean in four-year-old bourbon. The spices are left in the spirit so that their flavour is drawn out and brought together with the bourbon.
The bourbon's mash bill is 71% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, and the strength is 40% ABV (80 proof). It is made with the festive season in mind, and can be served over ice, in a cocktail or in coffee.
