Savage & Cooke – Lil' Guero 7 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Lil' Guero is a seven-year-old bourbon from Savage & Cooke, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of 38 barrels. The whiskey was distilled in Indiana, then spent most of its life ageing in the coastal air of Mare Island, Vallejo, California. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, matured in new charred American oak and reduced to strength with spring water from the distillery's Alexander Valley property. The official notes describe maple, caramel and toasted oak on the nose, dark fruits, cacao and vanilla on the palate, and a distinctive, memorable finish.
