Sciu Susumaniello Salento IGT Castello Monaci

A red wine from Castello Monaci, expressing the essence and warmth of southern Italy and the winemaking tradition of Salento. It shows an intense, deep red colour and a rich, varied bouquet. On the nose there are ripe red fruit, spices and a light vanilla touch from careful ageing in barrique. On the palate it has balanced structure, soft tannins and aromatic persistence. It suits rich, savoury dishes such as roasts, game and aged cheeses.
