A blended Canadian whisky from Seagram's Crown Royal, in a one-litre bottle at 40% ABV. The tax strip shows that the youngest whisky in the blend was distilled in 1978. Crown Royal was produced by Joseph E. Seagram at the Crown Royal distillery in Gimli, Manitoba, which opened in 1968. Diageo bought the brand and the distillery after Seagram was dissolved in the early 2000s, and the whisky is still made there. It is known as North America's best-selling Canadian whisky.
