The Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire malt is a big, bold Islay whisky with coastal smoke, sweet fruit and oaken vanilla. This edition adds a 12-year maturation and a finish in the Port cask, which is where the extra ampersand on the label comes from.
It is described as having meaty malt, jammy berries, vinous oak and smoky salinity.
