A 16-year-old Orkney single malt from The Maltman series, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2025 by Meadowside Blending Co. It matured in a refill sherry hogshead and was bottled at a cask strength of 62.8%, non-chill-filtered and natural in colour. The outturn is 302 bottles.
The nose offers sherry notes with toasted oak. The palate is smooth, with pecan pie, dark chocolate and walnuts. A long finish brings brandy butter and hints of caramelised brown sugar.
