Semantile Frappato Rosato

This is a Sicilian rosé made from Frappato grown in high-altitude vineyards in the Nebrodi Mountains. Wide swings in temperature, mineral soils and mountain winds shape its aromatic richness and balanced structure. The grapes are gently pressed for a delicate extraction and fermented in stainless steel to keep the wine fresh and lively. A period of ageing in bottle follows, adding complexity. Pale pink in the glass, it smells of red fruits, old rose and pomegranate. The palate is fine and elegant, balancing freshness with structure.
