Spumante Rosé Frappato Reifermentato Semantile

A sparkling rosé made from 100% Frappato, grown at 1,100 metres above sea level in Maniace, Sicily. It comes from biodynamic, zero-impact viticulture that expresses a territory defined by history, altitude and biodiversity. Bottle re-fermentation with at least six months on the lees builds complexity, finesse and character. The wine shows an elegant old-rose colour with copper reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with red fruits, especially sour cherry and raspberry, plus delicate almond, hazelnut and hay. On the palate it is frank, creamy and well structured, balanced and enveloping.
