Sheep Dip is a blended malt Scotch whisky put together by Richard Patterson, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines 16 single malts, each between 8 and 12 years old, and the whisky has matured in oak barrels. The nose is delicate, with flowers, fruit, malt and a salty note. The palate is elegant and warm, with malt, vanilla and oak. The finish is dry and peppery.
