Shibui 10 Year Old is a pure malt whisky made entirely from malted barley, blending whiskies from Niigata in Japan and the lowlands of Scotland. It is bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle.
The whisky was matured for ten years in ex-bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry casks and rare Mizunara oak, and its colour is natural.
Coffee, cinnamon, dark chocolate and oak feature in the tasting notes.
