Shibui Grain Select is a blend of Japanese and Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% ABV.
Its grain whisky is made from 100% wheat, fermented with yeast and distilled in a continuous column still. Maturation takes place in ex-bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry casks and Mizunara oak.
It is described as having cereal, coconut-covered tropical fruit, white pepper and jasmine.
